B1 Painting with natural pigments

Experience nature with BODY and SOUL. Painting with self-made colours from nature.
In this course you will connect to the island through getting to know the local media with your senses. With a meditative introduction and sensory perception you get to know the medium and its properties. With a mystic walk you experience the spiritual side of the small island of Gozo and at the same time you collect the natural products which will be processed further to painting colours.

B2: Connecting 2 Gozo

Day 1:
Walk from studio to studio

Day 2:
Forming and shaping with local clay

Day 3:
Walk from studio to studio

Day 4:
Painting with natural pigments

Day 5:
Gallery tour and Rakuevent

What you will need: firm shoes, if possibly a digital camera and comfortable clothes.

All courses are in small groups between 1 and max 4 participants and take place 10.00-14.00
The course fee includes all transfers from accommodation to studio, a light lunch, coffee or tea, all materials needed and the use of all tools
1-4 person: 300 € per person

B3: Jewellery of clay and metal-work shop

In this 5 days workshop, one produces jewellery of clay and metal and it also includes one Rakuevent where the jewellery and a jewellery plate will be fired.

What you will need: firm shoes, if possibly a digital camera and comfortable clothes.

All courses are in small groups between 1 and max 4 participants and take place 10.00-14.00

B4: Forming and shaping of clay

Day 1:
introductions to the material - working with local clay
Day 2:
Forming and shaping with raku clay
Day 3:
Getting inspired collection of motives; sketching - A tour around Gozo
Day 4:
Glazing and painting on biscit fired items
Day 5:
Raku firing - with meal in the evening

What you will need: firm shoes, if possibly a digital camera and comfortable clothes.

All courses are in small groups between 1 and max 4 participants and take place 10.00-14.00
